Received this yesterday, It isnt spam, because it is on my paypal account also:

I'm confused, because it says i have only just received £650, but altogether on my paypal, I have received more like £5000 ... so dont understand why I am only getting this now??

I hope they have not changed it from £4500 as part of their evil master plan to make us all Powersellers or get rid of us.

lol, i have no idea... but what they are doing it=s taking £1 from my bank account, then on my statement I have to get a 4 digit number and enter it into paypal, then they will reimburse my £1. so it all sounds okay so far....
I have just withdrew the money i had in there (only about £70) to make sure nothing gets put on hold

I sounds like they are verifying your c/card or bank account. IIRC they did something like this when I started Ebay/Paypal.

My card is already verified though... I did all those steps when i joined paypal 2 years ago, and then did it again when i got a new card. and like i said, i have received about £5000+.... not £650 like they say! argh! i dont like paypal

I have had to do this - it is normal for paypal to do this.

Oh i don't like their evil plan!

i wonder why they didnt ask me to do it a few months ago? Ah well.. so long as i get it sorted smoothly, then it isnt a problem for me!

yeh but my point is.. i received more than that a long time ago... being over a year ago, so the email just seems a little delayed.. that's all
