Hi All, i'm new to the site. i've been to tunisia 4 times and are flying out on sunday 18th for a week in port el kantoui. its a fabulous place to go and can reccommend it to anyone. whatever you take ,money or travellers cheques, i'd advise GBP, euro cheques or cash, and get yourself a safe deposit box for peace of mind, and you don't need to carry too much with you. we generally take £300, last time we had £200 left on the thursday, so you can see how cheap it is, we go fully inclusive. we worked out our bar bill and it came to about £600 for 6 of us for the week, the holiday cost us £460 for two for a week, then if you think you are having 3 meals a day and snacks as well, you are quids in.the locals in thee medina are a bit full on, but if you smile and ave a laff they are great people and its all part of the fun during your holiday. if any one wants to private message for more info and reccomendations please feel free to contact me, ade60070
