dont use interflora. They're rubbish. I ordered flowers for my mum today and they never arrived. Their tracking says they're "out for delivery" for the last 10 hours and when i rang them at 6pm they said the florist was doing later deliveries as its mothers day tomorrow and assured me they would come, its 10pm now and nothing. Am very disappointed. I didn't pay 7 pounds delivery charge for this

i really wouldnt use them no matter what vouchers you have. They are utterly useless at delivering on their promise. I have had 3 orders fail to arrive on time, one never arrived at all. It takes an age of phone calls to get anything back from them in way of a refund. You are better just looking at what you want and calling the local florist direct. All the interflora florists will do the very same deal for you direct and i found it was a few pounds cheaper. They also guarantee the delivery day unlike Interflora!

I've used them for years for birthdays, christmas, mothers day, even funerals and have never had a problem with delivery!! On one occassion the flowers weren't as plentiful as they appeared online so I emailed them and got an instant full refund.

I am another one who would not use Interflora - what a rip off!!.

My teenage daughter had some red roses delivered to her by her new boyfriend. They cost him nearly £50.

They are not even long stem ones just a bunch with greenery that would cost about £10/£15 from Tesco and they are already on their way out!!

There was no name and address of the florist (very clever) and I cannot complain to Interflora(as much as I want to) as I did not purchase them or receive them.
