I haven't done anything today, as I've been too hungover from my free night out, lol. Friend came over for dvd and wine, and then told me she was taking me pub, and paid for all the drinks. Didn't get to bed until 3!
DH has spent the day clearing out the garage and going to the tip, which saved £150 on a skip.
DH is now buying tea, as he saved so much money on the skip.
Watching programmes I taped last night, rather than renting a dvd.

    Today I...

    - did piggyclicks and checked lightspeed and juicy brains (does anyone else find that juicy brains is very few and far between, or am I missing an obvious way to make them invite me to take part more often...?!).
    - did a week's food shopping (in accordance with this week's meal plan) in Waitrose and M&S, using piggy vouchers for Waitrose and a gift voucher for M&S, so total cost in cash to us = £0, plus we got the change from Waitrose in cash, so I have more cash left in my purse tonight than I did this morning! :D
    - am going to make homemade falafel for tomorrow night's dinner (am playing around with the meal plan as we have houmous and salad in the fridge which needs eating up, plus mini pitta bread in the freezer, and tins of chickpeas in the cupboard). Furthermore, I am going to make double amounts and freeze half, so that we have some in the freezer for a "ready meal" when we next fancy them... :j
    - dried some washing on the clothes horse rather than in the tumble drier. :T

Hey sophiesmum, i did think about starting this thread earlier but didn't want to take away your special job! Have been lurking on this site most of the day, not had a good day, all i will say is men, sometimes i wonder why God made some of them!

So i've not done much dfw today, but things i have done:-
-Made store cupboard meals and used up things that were about to go off or that i've had in the cupboard for ages
    -Did some surveys
-Sorted out some of my mail and papers lying around
-Played some online bingo and finally won!!
-Had a no spend day as stayed at home
-Did a bit of slice the pie.

Ooh, looking at this makes me think makes me think my day wasn't so wasted after all:cheesy:

Piglet6, yes i find i only get survey invites for juicy brains every now and then. saying that though, i did get a £5 survey from them not long ago which involved them sending me some butter to sample.
