I'm glad you're happy with our Staywarm product but just thought I would add a cautionary note.

You're spot on, once on Staywarm, you can use as much energy as you like for the same monthly payment throughout the 12 month contract period. However, usage is taken into consideration when the contracts come up for renewal.

High users may find the contract renewal offer will be at increased monthly payments. In certain instances, very high users may not be offered the opportunity of renewing at all.

As you've been on Staywarm for such a long time, I doubt whether this applies to you as it looks as though you're well on top of things. It's more for the less savvy really.

Don't want to sound like a wet blanket uksenior but thought any one contemplating Staywarm should be aware of this.
