sky remote contol problem

Our sky handset has decided to play up, despite having new batteries. The buttons seem a bit sticky so that when you change channels it doesn't always work and now the TV guide button has decided not to work at all. Is there something easy I can do to fix it please. If ihave to get a new handset, how do I do that as we're in spain. Thanks

is it a normal digibox remote or sky+ remote your best bet is ebay and let the post man deliver...:D

Thanks, but I think I'll probably get one from ebay. Can't be doing with fiddling around with bit of foil, or heating up the handset to make it easier to get apart. If it had just been a case for undoing a couple of screws and giving everything a blast of air the get rid of the dust, that would have been a diferent story0
