Morning
:rotfl: :rotfl: @ last nights antics, you lot are so funny. Pity I'm at work all day cause I'll miss the minute by minute ORF updates, but I'll catch up when I get in. Hope we get our guy :j
I'm off to get littley up and to make the beds, then I'll get ready for work and out the door I go, laters lovelies xx0 -
Morning everyone.
The geriatric is here to watch you all. I am listening to you all as i couldn't actually sit up in bed this morning, so DH had to pull me up. I daren't risk getting stuck somewhere.
besides, you lot are amusing me too much. There i was sock on to the world, and you lot were here coming up with some serious stuff. :rotfl: I haven't got any costumes, but i think i could add some leopard print handcuffs and some metallic ones to the collection. Not mine, honest - DH bought them thinking i would like them.
I'm following a very light list then today. So far, i have let DH make charlie's bottle, get him dressed, do his teeth, change his nappy, make me a cuppa, take him to nursery. I sat with charlie on my knee while he had his milk, then drank my tea, then put his shoes and coat on while he sat on my knee. Let the cats in, and found out some trainers in the next size for Charlie as his ones seemed a bit tight this morning. One pair is lovely, the other pair could do with cleaning. (Advantage of a nephew 1 year older with bigger feet is we have only bought one pair of shoes till now, and that was for a wedding we went to when he was small. - same size feet as well as we always check by getting him measured at clarks)
My Jobs - all light i promise:
1) wash hair and have a bath
2) declutter magazines in rack by sitting and reading some
3) deal with a pile of stuff that needs shredding
4) email my work colleague
5) mark my books/or coursework or something like that so i have made a start.
6) peel some veg for dinner later
7) deal with post
really just some maintenance to keep us going then. I have also started a list with a title: Jobs that DH can do because i have spotted it needs doing. All silly little jobs, but i am going to use that delegation.
Hope you have all had a good nights sleep and the poorly little ones got there rest. Looking forward to some list updates and ORF.0 -
Morning all.
Quick visit catching up on what I didn't have time for last night!
Soappie - Operation ORF - can I help? I used to be a Milk Monitor, and I could borrow DH's camouflage combats! And Tiamai mentioned steak - I could pack up a picnic.:j:rotfl:
Jill - I'm doing the blanking texts, but she's already sent one this am to say she's feeling a bit rough so going back to bed when WB's (Wet Blanket) gone to work - with a 15 year old with CFS/ME walking on crutches and an 8 year old PITA!
Mudbath - I'm glad you agree we can't rush down there. I would have called police (not 999) but we don't know her exact address, can find our way there. DS has told her she can come and stay for a while so not sure if she'll go for it. She knows we have the room for her.
Oh no! I've got to go to work! Roll on pm when I can catch up on next installment of Operation ORF! Off to Pontypridd, girls, don't work too hard. Or if you do, nip round and do mine too.

Blimey, what were you lot drinking last night? I went to be early, on my own (DH away), after a nice long bath and read a book. Now I feel really old  .
I haven't even looked at what we are supposed to be doing today - ds2 has begged not to go to nursery as ds1 has told him he isn't going to school. They just want to play in the garden which suits me, so much to do out there. First need to get our bedding into the WM, and then dyson up the exploded nappy. ds2 seems to be on a run of pampers exploding gel out in the night. I did the whole house Friday, and most of it again yesterday so I think I can get away with just doing the dailies today.
Michelle - Hope you are feeling a bit better now. How long till your ML starts?'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0 -
Sorry, sorry, have I missed anything? I was trying to get my brand new squirrel costume on (after being warned against the rabbit) only, in my haste to make the costume in the early hours, I sewed up one of the legs and one of the arms is attached to the head. It's taken me hours to get it on and now I look like a squirrel who has issues, big issues! Where do you want me soappie?
On the flying front...I may unload the dish washer today. That's a big list isn't it...i'll try and reduce it later.
Michelle - glad to see you're doing less, still too much, but less. When are you due? I know you've told us before but us squirrels don't have very long memories! xx0 -

Bathroom cleaned
Me showered and dressed
Flying so early in the day has made me hungry so just scoffing some cereal before trying to find my kitchen.
DS2 room next to target at 9:30 so anyone up for a HHC then?
Back to the important stuff has the RF appeared yet?The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
