Posting to Latvia

Hi
I have been asked if I will post an item to Latvia, but the message sent through ebay states at the bottom that this person is based in Surrey, England.
I think I am going to email the person and tell them that I will post overseas but only to people based abroad (not to a different address).
Does this sound like a scam do you think?

How did they pay (if they have already)?
If it were me, I wouldn't send it. Too much to lose (if the buyer starts an INR dispute and you send to an address other than their registered address, then you lose for example)
You can also report them for location misrepresentation."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."

Just say sorry I can only post to the address on the ebay / paypal account. If they want to post it on then let them.0

Latvia won't have a confirmed address so it is immaterial whether it is the main paypal address or not, you won't be covered anyway.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Hi
Thanks for your replies. The item is a bundle of baby clothes (I sold the last one for £60 - well, I say I sold, but they haven't paid yet, but there's another story!!).
I have told them I only post to the address given on their ebay account, but have not heard back.
This item hasn't ended yet - this person hasn't won it, they were just asking the question.
Thanks

Well it depends if it were to sell for £60 would you be comfortable sending it to an unconfirmed address - which means you have no seller protection however securely you send it they could claim non delivery. If you are willing to take the risk thats up to you, if not you need to add to your listing that you will not post to an unconfirmed address - which rules out most overseas countries.
I do post within Europe but only items up to a certain value, anything over that and I state UK confirmed addresses only.0
