Going on Holiday

I am soon going on Holiday to Mexico and I'm in a dilemma on what to do about taking money. I don't know if I should take cash or Travellers Cheques.
I'm sure I saw a documentary where Martin was saying something about The Nationwide and that if you have one of there accounts you can take money out from anywhere in the world with no fee....
So what do people think?

Correct, I have a Nationwide Flex Account and a Nationwide Credit Card that I use for Holidays abroad and my seasonal business only. No commission charged on withdrawals or purchases, other lenders will charge you approx 2.5 - 2.75%£2.00 Savers Club = £34.00 So Far
+ however may £2 coins I have saved in my Terramundi since 2000.
Terramundi weighs 8lb 5oz0 -
