Ford Fiesta - anyone in the know?

Does anybody know when Ford plan to update the current Fiesta? I know it had a facelift a few years back but the current car has now been around a while...

I am interested in buying one but bought a new Clio a few years back and about a year after I bought it they brought out the new model!

Thanks...

They are planning to update it very soon, I am not sure exactly when. I have seen in pictures of the new shape in WhatCar magazine a few months back it looked similar to the new Corsa.

Thought as much  ... Deals are very good at the moment and it's been a round a while whilst competitors have been updated! I will see if I can find it...

    .

    It's due out this year.
DON'T buy the new one ! Buy the old model as soon as the new one appears, the dealers will be almost paying people to take them of their hands. You will get a VERY good deal !

You make a valid point, which I had already considered however a very late old model will effect the 3 year value on the flip side...

i dont know so much,if they do the same as the new focus then the chocie of old models will be pretty limited.

the new fiesta is totally different to the current shape,it has a higher back end with looks similar to the merc A class and the new corsa.
