    Yeh halifax is a pain in the butt

    What I do is fill in the form and take it there, no ifs or butts heres the form, no I am not interested in blah, blah, blah, no I don't want to phone the blah, blah, blah line.

    Yes its okay I will fill it in and leave it,

    Lazy buggers !

    At least they can set the standing order up properly, which is more than I can say for Abbey ! Even more lazy............
