Is NatWest Online banking working OK for everyone?
I've logged in just now, and noticed one of my NatWest credit card (Mastercard) is missing:eek:
What could it mean?:(

It happened to me in November too. The Mastercard just disappeared from my Online Banking. But after rechecking it later in the day it reappeared. Most probably nothing to panic about, unless it's a long standing problem!0

Probably just means a temporary problem with the link to the service for your card, though my own is currently available. Give them a few busines days to sort out any problems and then ask them if it's still missing. If you'r econcerned about knowing what to pay or how to py you could give them a call without waiting. Won't be necessary if you have a direct debit or standing order set up to pay it unless you need to change the instruction.0

I need to pay next week, no DD set up. I know how much to pay, I have the statement. If you'r econcerned about knowing what to pay or how to py you could give them a call without waiting. I could pay online via normal 'payments' section. The payment details are still there. I used to do that until the NatWest credit card section came (but Mastercard is gone from there as well).0 -
It's back!:j0
