My car has built in immobobiser but some scum keep smashing my boot window and taking all my audio speakers and equipment and they still keep coming back every three months.

So im looking for a car alarm which sole purpose is to have sensors only on the boot of the car and a very loud siren, but i cant spend alot of cash (hoping for around £50).

Do i really need a whole car alarm set up thingy for £130+, or does anyone have any ideas.

Any help would be gratfully recieved !

    Hi
If you only want to protect the boot then i suggest you buy the cheapest car alarm you can find like this one from Maplins
    http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=33302&doy=16m7D
which is £30 and can be linked to a switch which activates when the boot is opened,if you have the siren unit in the boot (hidden out of sight)then this should be loud enough to scare them off.
    Hope this helps.
