hi there I dont know if this has been asked before but I brought a watch of ebay Friday,and found out that they are No longer a register user ,there feed back was only 9 but I took a chance ,(looks like I lost ).Now I did pay with paypal so I hope i'm covered as I paid right away but when should I start to try and claim back my money back and how do I do this as this is the first time this has happen to me

Go to ebay. Dispute console. Open dispute. This will take you to paypal. Fill out the details. Done

It won't allow you to open a paypal dispute until 8 days have passed

hi all just an update,paypal got a responce from the seller who said he posted recorded delivery,no trace,but today the item did come and in the new state I brought it but only posted 2nd class,I dont care so long as I got it,now if he's no longer an ebay user can he leave bad feed back for me if he rejoins as I dont know why he's no longer a user or would he be off for good0

Watches are a commonly faked items so maybe they have been suspended after someone reported them for fakes?
