Call Divert To Mobile

When out and about we use BTs Call Divert to have our incoming landline calls diverted to our 3 Mobile. Of course we are charged by BT for the diverted call at mobile rate, but as we are on their Unlimited Anytime Calls package we have free Call Mobile discount and also have the mobile number as Best Friend in Friends & Family and so getting another discount for that.
The question is, is there a better Money Saving way to have call divert or is the system we use the cheapest way of doing this? We did try to trick the call divert to do it via another provider but this came out as a fault.

Yes.
Primus Saver Option 2 CPS + Penny Mobile 2.
Using BT's £1.75/month Call Diversion Calling Feature, calls diverted to your mobile would be capped at 20p for up to 20 minutes.
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=6481229#post6481229Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
Thank you Heinz for that advice.0

I don't suppose this is still going. Anyone got an uptodate alternative. BT is charging me a fortune to divert my landline calls to my mobile.0

I know a company called Timico which offers free calls between all phones on the same account, whether that's landline to mobile or vice-versa. Might be worth a look?0
