I asked for some help in the Basildon next store and the staff were really unhelpful and it was really hard to get pushchair around the store the staff had boxes laying around unpacking/filling shelves...anyway I was a bit peeved so I wrote an email to them via their website, forgot all about it! Anyway this morning I got a letter and a £20 gift voucher very impressed with the service:beer:
