Agents to rent apartment in the South of France

We are just about to complete on a new apartment in Juan les Pins in the South of France. It is primarily for our use but we do want to let it out when we are not there, particularly given the potential rentals that can be had.
We don't want to 'DIY' rent it over the web but would rather have a good agent manage the property for us.
Can anyone recommend a good rental agent in the Antibes/Juan les Pins/Cannes area?
Thanks, David

http://www.frenchentree.com/ might be helpful to you.
Nice spot BTW. I love that part of the world. I stayed in a place called Mougins last March just inland from there.0 -

Hi there,
I have an apartment in Nice and I have let it DIY style for the last 3 years with no problems whatsoever (and no voids!!! Not even one day.) There is a good forum on http://riviera.angloinfo.com/ where you can advertise your place to let for free. You will find a tenant in a flash, I promise! If that is not for you, there will be listings of management companies on there. Make sure you get at least one recommendation from a happy customer, as French lettings agencies are notoriously bad. I remember hearing the horror story when I was in the middle of buying, of the English couple who had no joy renting out their villa through their agnt, so decided to pop out for a holiday there instead. They were shocked to find a faily of five living there, and the agent had been pocketing the money the whole time!! That was what actually made me decide that I would do it myself.
Good luck. It is indeed a gorgeous part of the world!

ooh forgot to say - if it is holiday letting you are after, then www.rivierapebbles.com are meant to be great. I have not used them, but a friend has, but they do like apartments to be top spec. They do absolutely everything for you.0
