Is there problems with the site speed again as it seems to be very slow since I got back and the smileys don't seem to be reacting ie = not animating like they usually do.

Site does slow down when the tips email has been sent out... but I don't think there was one today..0

Yes I think - frankly - the web hosting provider is too slow.
The site is too popular, and the provider cannot cope.

Or perhaps there should be less animation in avatars and signatures? Not a problem for me on broadband now but on dial up it can be a long wait.0
