You can tell if a packet has had a needle through it usually just by looking at it

I'm sure they're aware people could do that and would take precautions to ensure it doesn't happen. If you're concerned just email and ask them

Lots of people here seem oddly interested in the size of my !!!!!!!!

But anyway, eventually they finally answered the question I asked - kept on going round and round in circles about sending them back without dealing with my actual question; but the result is good:

We do not send out returned condoms. We resend them back to Durex who recycle them.

Problem solved

I'm perplexed by this thread tbh.

Why does it matter?

Or why is it any different to buying loose condoms from a machine? Or getting them from your GP or FPC?

If they are in sealed packets, I really cannot grasp why you feel it is wrong.

If someone had made a hole big enough to cause a 'leak', don't you think it would be obvious by looking at the packet.

Perhaps it's just me...

Got to admit, in the heat of the moment I don't want to be stopping to look.

And I certainly don't want to be finding a pinprick just as I'm getting friendly, esp if it's the last one in the packet.

And I'm too busy sorting everything else out to check them as I buy them. If the packet's sealed that's good enough. So it's nicer for me to know they recycle returns.

Perhaps, but if a tiny bit of paranoia prevents me from finding I have a kid a few months later, I'll go for the paranoia.

No, I just wanted to make sure the replacements they sent to me had not been returned by someone else; a question they ignored in a 3 email back and forward conversation.

Send them their condoms back and buy some in Boots then.

I doubt anyone would tamper with returned goods, but if you're paranoid about this only buy sealed packets from shops.
