Anyone had this problem?
No statement this month? Call customer service they say sent out?? Is this a ploy to charge me interest etc. if I "forget" to pay?
PS I always pay off in full.

Half time I don't get my statements - I just have a dd set up now, and they take the min - not always ideal, but I have too much else on my mind to be worrying these days0

Do they do internet statements? Been yonks since I had a Goldfish card.
