Really, really wanted to do this for my new (and gorgeous) little nephew with his smiley face and gigantic (well, bigger than average-in-the-cutest-possible-way) ears!!!!!!! but felt something of a fraud because it made me feel like i was pretending to be a mother and so stopped partway through (but i suppose it is for parents really, so can't complain!) - and is great post even if not for good intentioned aunties - thanks!
