Using VOIP with a Pluscom SIP IP ATA Adapter

I just bought a Pluscom VOIP SIP IP ATA Adapter to use with 12VOIP
In order to use it I need settings from 12VOIP
On their website I can only find setup info for USB handset/headset or speakers/mic
I need to program the box which will work independently from the computer connecting directly to my router
I wrote an email to 12VOIP ages ago and they didn't respond
I know from experience that they are useless when it comes to communicating with customers
Can anyone advise on what to do or where to get the info I need?
Thanks

I have a Pluscom ATA. They are not too bad to set up.
Must it really be 12Voip? They promote their software for making calls whereas other Betamax products are more ATA friendly and it is easy to find information for them.Try connectionserver2.12voip.com for the sip server. No guarantees, I don't use the service.
If that doesn't work try using the IP number for, say, the voipbuster or sipdiscount service. My confidence in this working is low.
Or sign up as a Mac or Linux user from the Download page. There is no software for these two operating systems so they would have to give you information allowing you to run an ATA.
If you do get the information I would really appreciate having a copy.0 -

The two I mention do 120 days. There is also voipdiscount and quite a few others.0 -
Not all of the Betamax brands support making calls by loading SIP account details; I don't think 12voip does. And some, e.g. maybe voipraider, have other tariffs for such use
And in any case, there has been some ambiguity that 12voip's policy on freedays and credit was slightly different to others, that a few months back you could get freedays or credit, not both - but I can't figure out if this has evolved since then (you'd be able to see in your account details, what the top-up options are)
For SIP, go for one of their longer-established brands, maybe voipcheap (.com not .co.uk) or voipdiscount. You can compare all the Betamax tariffs on http://backsla.sh/betamax
It's worth reading the Voipbuster forum. You need to log in to see it, so open a VB account (but don't rush to fund it, as UK landlines are 1c/min)0 -

No, they don't have to. Maybe they should but they don't, not today anyway! So you are left with the other suggestions.
If you are confident with configuring the ATA and content to fiddle for what may be quite a long time you may get it going with 12voip. But if you want the Pluscom up and running in as short a time as possible I'd think of getting a Sipdiscount or Voipdiscount account. 12voip could be used with the software or you could give the account to someone as birthday present.0 -

Then again - if you use my first suggestion (which, as I am now a customer of 12Voip, I did) you might have a very pleasant surprise. The downside is that someone will have to do without a birthday present.0
