i have a lappy that has a recovery disc and the clowns at pc world wanted £15 for it ,did it my self and then i got vista off the hdd and put xp on (got a retail copy not beeen used had it for years)best thing i also reclamed the stupid partion that the recovery disc was on , to this day why can they not supply proper disc's , one time they supplyed driver disc's with them and very long time ago you had a windows disc so what has changed, well one thing they want you to spend money on puting it right and even more if you have not got the "recovery disc"because how many poeple will now how to do it, i do not think a lot of poeple on this site would now how to recover the os with out a disc that they should have made when they got it and not just lappys desktops too, they work the same now from these places,
i think it's time we we got the disc that we need to fix ower pcs and not on dvdr's
i am lucky if you call it that i have most of the windiws disc with real coa's which i have payed lotts of money for in the past and boy don't they come in handy
