Dixons Insurance

Hi all,
I bought a camera from Dixons on the high street in Liverpool (but currently residing in Sheffield), unfortunatley tonight my camera broke about 6 months after purcashing. Luckily I insured my camera through Dixons by paying £3.99 per month. But because there are no dixons stores these days I was wondering how I can get a replacement or get it fixed.
Perhaps going to a local Curry's store or will they refuse to deal with it? Just wanting advice as I need a replacement asap, thanks.

worth trying currys as they sell the same insurance anyway so they can advise on the best way to go0

You won't get a replacement straight away - they will attempt to fix it first.
Your best bet is if they lose it whilst trying to fix it then you will get a new camera.

Sorry if this sounds daft but I'm currently going through an overhaul of my finances and outgoings and I pay a Direct Debit for 3.99 a month to Currys but for the life of me I cannot remember what product it was for...

A lot of my paperwork (old receipts etc) is in storage in London and it is not convenient for me to get back there anytime soon.
Is there any way Currys would be able to tell me what it is for if I contact them (all I have to go off is the DD payee ref number that appears on my online statement).
Would appreciate any advice before I make an !!!! of myself and contact them...
