What journal websites have you visited?
Blackwell Synergy
Esbscohost
Informaworld
Cambridge Journals
JSTOR Journals
Web of Knowledge
A few off the top of my head. Plugging in at least a couple of these key words is bound to bring up something.0 -
I have visit Business Sources Premier, Science direct and emerald. You finish the other coursework first and concentrate in literature review research on the evening.0

I like scopus

I typed in your title and got nearly 2000 hits, 300 odd were reviews. Good luck.:staradmin:starmod: beware of geeks bearing .gifs...:starmod::staradmin:starmod: Whoever said "nothing is impossible" obviously never tried to nail jelly to a tree :starmod:0 -
this is why i thought the supervisor should at least suggest one or two articles as a starting point....it's almost more difficult when you have hundreds to narrow down than when there are only 10/15 articles in total that are relevant!!I like scopus

hope the search is going well! to the OP - if your supervisor said you had been going in the wrong direction, did he give any hint of what the right direction should be?!:happyhear0 -
I am actually doing some research for my dissertation on CSR too. I have found Emerald to be a very good source of relevant and up-to-date information.
By just typing Corporate Social Responsibility in Emerald, it brings up thousands of articles.0 -
If you're interested in seeing CSR in action you might want to check out ShoreBank. They are doing more than just using it as a pr gimmick. This is a bank that actually bases its business on lending for the purposes of community development and preserving natural resources. They also "developed [a] first-of-its-kind program, which refinances mortgages at risk of default, as a response to the wave of foreclosures in Chicago and across the country," from the sub-prime mortgage mess. That's what they did for the Villareal family. Helped them save their first home.
They also manage to make a profit as well. ShoreBank has proven good corporate citizenship is not only wise but can change the world as well.
And if you're looking for a good banking product, ShoreBank is offering a High-Yield Savings Account of 3.5% APY to online customers. You can have access to your money 24/7 with no monthly fees and only a $1 minimum deposit. Gain interest while making a difference.0
