IT looks very official as the links and logos are identical to Ebays ... just looks like the official site
EMail to look out for is as follows

Since ebay are quite clear that they will not ask for information via a clickable link this isn't a particularly clever spoof, just another one of thousands (millions?) sent every day.

Not particularly, again it asks you to click on a link to provide information.
Business lunch on BBC 2 about a month ago likened it to non computer users receiving a letter through the post on supposedly bank headed paper addressed to 'Dear user at xxx address' please complete the following form giving your credit card number, PIN number, mothers maiden name and date of birth and return it using the pre paid envelope enclosed.
