Lloyds TSB - 2 steps forward, 10 steps back!

  • Hi
We're also on a DMP with CCCS and Lloyds are my main creditor.
When we started our DMP I was just within my agreed overdraft on my Lloyds account, but they didn't cancel a direct debit I asked them to (in writing) and have since applied over £500 fees and charges to my account in the last 4 months.
They have never replied to any of the letters I've sent them. I sent a letter of complaint almost 2 weeks ago and, if they haven't replied by the next few days I intend to take my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman.
I don't think I will get any reply to my complaint from Lloyds as the last letter I had from them was from their solicitors threatening court action...
I feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall trying to get anywhere with them.
