ICICI Log in problems

For some reason there log in web page is only accepting 4 out of the 10 password letters/numbers.
I've been on to them today and they cant work it out either.
I've now got to wait till Monday before there technical dept get back to me.
Any one else experienced this.

well I have not got so far as to open account with them. I sent them my application form and sertified copies of my docs, after a couple of weeks had a reply " thank you for your application, now we would need your docs" after which I thought the life is too short to have to go again to a police station to certify a copy of my passport and anyway I'm not guaranteed they will not ask me to do it for the third time . No intention to phone them and try to convince them I've sent them my docs already either, if the bank is ineficient to such an extent I/m not looking forwards at all to deal with it.The word "dilemma" comes from Greek where "di" means two and "lemma" means premise. Refers usually to difficult choice between two undesirable options.
Often people seem to use this word mistakenly where "quandary" would fit better.0
