keeo getting this message did anyone else get this when first trying to use the shop and scan scanner

I have been getting the same message for the last two days. I have been with shop and scan for over two years now so am not a first time user.

Maybe its a problem their end?

I need some help please. Ive got the cd and succesfully installed the software. Now ive scanned the yellow card with the £10 on., and ive clicked transmit. But how do i know if its been recieved? thanks.

For those of you having trouble submitting barcodes it is probably due to your scanner batteries running out. You need to phone the number on your scan sheets and they will send you new batteries.

Wayne, have you scanned all of the coloured cards, you need to scan your name, then the store and then the price?

When the codes are transmitting the barcode reader will beep and you'll get a message on screen to say that it has completed.

Its ok now, i know what i did, i used mozzilla and thats no good. Also i was just registering my yellow card for the £10 start up. Oh and by he way, the batteries are flat so ive rung up and told them.:rolleyes::j

Well for some reason my scanner got working again, without new batteries and ive succesfully sent all my shopping and the £10:j

if you do fact finders and shop and scan, does this breach any of their terms? dont want to get kicked off
