    Im gonna do both, is shop and scan easier or something. Ive only done nielsens.:beer:

    Can i just ask, when my shop and scan scanner comes. Can you scan the items with it as you shop or not, i was thinking of saving time when i got it all home, as i have nielsens as well. thanks.:beer:

    you have to scan your name, the shop you are in, then the total cost of your goods before you scan the items. So unless you are shopping to a set cost or use the same every week (usually the prices are 30.00 to 39.99, 40,00 to 49.99 and so on ) you cant really scan till you have finished

  • I was told I'd been accepted for Fact Finders a few weeks ago, then had to fill in a short questionnaire, but I haven't heard anything back - they were meant to phone me to arrange delivery of the scanner, does anyone have a contact number or email address for them (there isn't one on the email)?

    I know it might be a bit rubbish from what everyone says but I'd like to try it.

    Oh and I'll have that invitation code if its still going wayne :D

    1st, id do what i did and ring up, its a freephone number so is worth it.
    2nd, im going to do both, it doesnt really bother me.
    3rd, i can send you the invitation number.;)

    Have you installed the software from the CD? I hadn't noticed my CD in the package at first and got the same message lol
