Had a lot of hassle in my local one. I went to the till with 4 tins and asked to put them through seperate as i have vouchers. She said at first its only one per day, after saying it did not state this she said she rang the number and thats what they told her as anohter customer came in this morning.

I questioned the 'One per transaction' on the voucher and then she said its one per customer only. Again i told her that it did not state this.

So finally thought i come back a few times so asked to confirm the one per day. And then she told me ( well said SIR!) that its one tin only and if you are to be seen buying more then you might be stopped. I told her my brother in cardiff told me about it and he got 4 tins this morning no questions asked (little lie) but she just kept putting it through the till.

Now is there a number i can ring to get focus on and confirm all this, as she told me 3 diffrent things and i know you cannot change the T&C on a voucher when you feel like it.

i had the same problem, the lady at the customer service said its one per customer and I said that i have a few vouchers as it did not state in the terms and condition and she said that they are waiting for a reply from their headoffice as ppl were coming and buying lots. But i was like I can buy more than one in the meantime as your not sure and the voucher does not state. I had 17 vouchers, I bought 7 and den went in again and brought the rest incase they change their mind and dont take no more.

  • not one in coventry, do not drive so missed out but ah well not too sure on the smell of paint anyway:rotfl:
  • What's the quality of the paint like? Any professional/experienced decorators here? I swear by Crown and Dulux but find Wickes good too. Have tried some really watery cheap versions and am hesitant to put even free paint on the wall if it's inferior quality. Here's hoping it's good stuff as I have my voucher ready!

Having just (literally) painted my daughters wall with the "free" (well nearly) paint. I have to say I was quite impressed, yes it will take 2 coats but that will definitely be enough. I didnt find it too watery at all but maybe someone with more experience can give you their point of view.

We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.

Ring 0800436436, option 4. I just queried a poorly made "one per household" sign that has appeared in my local store, essentially contradicting the voucher terms and conditions. The official response was that you can "buy" as many as you like - just stand your ground and ask to speak to head office if they refuse.

Also, if you see the mags for sale check that the vouchers have not been removed by some light fingered person as they had from every mag in my local Tesco yesterday.
