Hi all,

Just an update to say that I have spoken with another person at CCCS and she was wonderful. A totally different experience.

I am going to do a DMP and she is sending me all the paperwork. I think I will finally sleep tonight.

I know it is going to be a long (probably rocky and scary at times) road ahead, but I am happy that I will eventually be out of debt in approx 8 years, and have the satisfaction that I have paid off all my debt.

congratulations on going back to cccs, it must have been hard for you after your first experience. the people on here really do know what they are talking about as many have been in similar situations to yourself.
if you feel up to it, it may still help if you post your SOA as people on here afre always able to suggest savings, i've not seen one SOA on here where people have not been able to make suggestions to savings.
Anyway keep posting as you will get moral support from people on here aswell, it really is a great place to be
