Useless Phones 4 U

Bought a phone for xmas in mid december

2 weeks after xmas it developed a fault

Took it back and missed the exchange period by 2 days

Sent off to repair ( 7 days they said), 2 weeks later not back so phoned, oh its been ready for a while, it just needed a new battery, we forgot to provide warrant with proof purchase

I will do that now and will be dispatched tomorrow

A week later not back, phoned and "its with our quality assurance team"

Why? - dont know
Why did your colleague lie? - dont know
When will i get it back- another 7 days

Now I find this totally unreasonable that of a 6 week old phone ive had it for 2 weeks and they clearly have screwed up as their 7 day repair hasnt happened

When I complain what should I expect back and should I be cheeky and ask for compo?:D
