I've sold an ipod link for an audi on ebay, the auction ended today.
Im not happy about who bought it, he comes from Italy, no problem there.
His feedback, however, is dire, he has 4, two of which are negative so it comes up as zero.
His feedback shows that he hasnt bought anything on ebay since 2005 until my item and another one from Spain, which he didnt pay for, a few days ago.
He has paid me through paypal, but im not sure whether to refund his money and sell the item through a second chance offer or not.
Incidentally the item he bought a few days ago was worth £450 and there was some sort of problem with payment, dont know what it was because the f/b was in Spanish!
Help please any advice is very welcome, cant afford to lose the money on this
Thank you for reading

Not that this helps your current situation, but there is an option to block bidders with 0 feedback from bidding on your auctions.
If it were me I would refund the payment and risk a neg, as I don't think future buyers would take a neg from someone with that feedback seriously.0 -
It could possibly be a stolen credit card ?
Why not ask ebay for advice.
If you go to Ebay.com you can get live help
(remember you have to log into ebay.com too)
It is a really good service and free. You may have to wait 5 mins, but I would.
Ask them what they advise you to do.
If they advise you to cancel the purchase, make sure you get your fees refunded.
Hope this helps ?"Do not let what you can't do interfere with what you can do."0 -
Lol thanks snooze, think i may just do that
If the transaction is covered by paypal then i think it would be best if i refund and second chance offer
He may leave me neg f/b but i guess that should be a minor concern as i have 700+ positive and he has zero0
