    The only problem with google earth is it's not very upto date. try searching around wembley and you'll see what i mean.
    Sometimes i surprise myself by being right.

    And the resolution is variable, some places (London, Cambridge) have resolutions down to a metre so you can see individual cars, other places the resolution seems to be nearer 100m so small villages become a blur.

    Anyone BTW have a good link giv inh the coordinates of various places. I find that Google Earth is good on large towns & cities, but loses it's way on tourist attractions & small towns

    Unfortunately my home town is one of the blurred ones :(

    Google Earth is a c.10mb dowload and the Nasa one is a c.180mb download.

    Presently downloading the Nasa one. Having a play with the google one, is good.
