Colours acceptable apparently are gold, blue, pink, green, red.

laffed today.i was looking for tubes and explained why and had my 2 mates trawling through shelves looking for lids, we thought they were gold blue pink or green, left hundreds of reds on the shelves hehe wont tell them that thou!
ps hexy tubes in local coop only, no round ones left!!!!!

Was doing the weeks shopping today in Sainsbury's in Cramlington (Northumberland) and spotted a small child with a tube of smarties with a green lid.... so whipped round to the smartie stand and emptied it of non-standard coloured lids 4 green, 1 pink

You don't have to send different coloured lids, just the correct colours.

Oh no!!
I spent ages looking everywhere and finally found the lids in Superdrug, but sent off two pink ones! Am I doomed to a life without Smartie freebies? Can anyone who has had their packs through remember if they sent the same colour lids in? The website doesn't mention they have to be different colours.

I sent off two of the same colour - I'm pretty sure mine were pink lids too - and received my Smarties pack last week, so don't worry!
