First you post a company who must be hard to promote.....?...then you try to destroy a competing companies credibility-er..because someone waited a bit..I have used them lots and waiting time is good-one wrong number out of about 12-par for the course..I dont care if you use them or not..ITS FREE and its not dodgy!

In your OP you have stated that you have "Just tried it" and didn’t mention anything about using it lots otherwise I may've not said what I've already said.

I was only having doubts and was thinking that it would be better not to use this service if I was to wait for x amount of minutes. That's just my opinion. If others are happy using 0800 100 100 and don't mind waiting then great, that's up to them. After all it's free as you say. And I didn't say it was dodgy I just don't like the idea of having to wait.
