I do have an issue with bankruptcy, at the moment i pay my father £250per month for a loan he took out for me when i first went into business(it has 3yrs left), i know that if i go bankrupt i wont be allowed to continue paying this as you cant favour one particular creditor.
Another problem to add to my list of !!0 -
Did you tell the council that your OH has two children that he sees regularly? Did they stay overnight? I know councils are different but our council helps out people who need to keep contact with their children -but shelter will advise you on what happens in your area. If the people you owe money to are trying to contact you at your parents home that is harrassment.Ring them and tell them that and explain the medical implications to you mothers health.Mutual Supporters club member (Nov 2006)

Hiya, the pub company was Punch Taverns, amazingly we paid them just under 90k last year in cash and they still want more, we came out with just under 1000 pounds in cash and worked around 100hrs a week for 2yrs for that!!
I knew it, punch are notorious for being complete bas***ds. I really can sympathise xxxOn a mission0 -
I'm so sorry to hear of your situation and really don't have any answers unfortunately. The only things I thought of have already been mentioned.I know it must be really stressful and there must be some organisation out there that can help you but I don't know who.I wish you luck and hope that shelter or the CAB can come up with some ideas0

Got loads of good friends, but they all have their own families and lives to live, i would'nt want to get in the way of that. In fact we have been invited for sunday lunch at my mates tomorrow and were going to stay the night. But these are only day to day solutions, we really need to find something more long term.0

I hope things work out for you, good luck with the new job, and don't be scared to lean of family and friends in your time of need.. i know it's hard when you are used to standing on your own two feet, but a few nights or weeks won't kill them to help you out.
I hope you get sorted out.. chin up.. you will get through this!
