IPTW new repeat showing & IPTW more now on Five

Options
Now this isn't confirmed but thought I'd let you hear first...

There's a very good chance that as a trial, for three Sunday Mornings It Pays To Watch will Be Repeated plus the It Pays TO Watch More programme (see www.itpaystowatch.co.uk ) will be shown straight after it.

I'll keep you up to date soon on what's happening but cross your fingers.

What is confirmed though is we've been recommissioned so the current run of 10 is now going to be a run of 20 :)

Yes this week we rated 700,000 viewers. The average for that slot is 400,000.

    The progress has been

    Week 1: 600,000
Week 2: 400,000 (head to head against watchdog, which is similar demographic)
    Week 3: 600,000
Week 4: 500,000 (head to head against watchdog for the second time, but this time we did better)
    Week 5: 700,000

So the audience seems to be growing :)

Pah. Watchdog. What a joke. I'm sure they used to do serious topics about dodgy builders' dangerous work.
This week it was just a load of people from Manchester complaining the Nintendo DS' voice recognition doesn't understand them.
I shouldn't laugh, but they also had someone with a lisp complaining about it's lack of understanding of her condition.

As a highly scientific test of just how good it is at recognizing voices, they went out in the middle of a busy (noisy) shopping area and asked passers-by to randomly bark words at it, and see if it understood.. no surprise it didn't.

Have they never used voice recognition? Everyone knows you have to be in a soundproofed room on your own, speaking the queen's English, and even then it's pure luck sometimes.

It'll be IPTW for me from now on.

    Looking forward to it Martin.

My excuse for Brain Training not working too well for me is I bought my game in America and I reckon it doesn't understand my Scottish accent, mind you neither did Martin :rotfl::rotfl:
