Increasing income?

Would like to increase my income, and other than working longer hours, need some advice as to how best to achieve this.
Mortgage £50k at base +0.75% with £40k offset with family money.
£150k in PEPS & ISAS in a Capital Growth Portfolio.
Because of the offsetting, it doesn't seem worthwhile paying off mortgage, so maybe switching portfolio to income??

Switching the portfolio to one of yield would certain increase your income. Yields are quite good at the moment as well and the outlook looks good.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
