Well, CQ, talking about yoghurt, which I don't believe WE have before - I have liberated my mum's old Thermos food flask and today purchased some live natural yog and some UHT skimmed milk. If I have the time/inclination, I may make yog tonight. Maybe we'll have to add "what flavour are you going to make today?" to our list of coincidences :D

For the newbies out there, me and CQ seem to make the same meals on the same day, have the same things languishing in our fridges at the same time and buy the same stuff at the same time :D:D

Ah yes, glad you explained for the newbies as they must be a bit confused what we were on about :o We're almost like twin sisters, although she's a few years older than me :shhh:  ... but we do seem to do a lot of the same stuff at the same time! :D

One of my favourites to add to the yoghurt (also DS's fav) is kiwi and strawberry, especially considering they're quite plentiful and cheap at the moment, with a splash of organic honey to sweeten if necessary. Basically any soft fruit that's lying around gets added to yoghurt, melon, peaches/nectarines, berries etc, for either a snack or dessert, or even breakfast!

Before I went into hospital I bought all the stuff I need to make my own organic muesli - wheat flakes, oats, sunflower seeds etc etc but it's still sitting in the box it arrived in at the moment :o I thought I could add either dried fruit/nuts, or even fresh fruit, to it and perhaps mix it with yoghurt for brekkie :)

I'm sure I'll get it sorted once I find a suitable container to mix and store it in, but one step at a time ;)

I've got half a yellow pepper and a red pepper going all wrinkly in the fridge right now, have you? LOL! :D (think I might have to bin them  unless I can do something with them tomorrow!)

Could you pan fry them so they blacken then peel off skin and chop up for small rice or pasta salad?
