I've just had to have a new card because mine went faulty after having got stuck in a stupid ACM. They told me to save my receipts, but I didn't like that as I thought I'd probably lose half of them, so I got a temporary card until my new one came. The points were on the new card though and I had the ones from the temporary card transferred on to it.

I got an Epson Picturemate picturepack for £17.99 in Boots! Cheapest ive found online is £21! Jessops store was selling it for £32! John Lewis for £28.95! (you could price guarantee here and say Boots is cheaper but I was in a rush to get a bus! ) On the shelf in Boots it said £17.99 and then the girl scanned it and it came up as £24.99 but I told her what it said and she went and looked and changed it to £17.99!!

and I also got that voucher (no7 and ruby and millie) for spending over £10!

I'll definitely double check with CS then. I posted on here that I only had 1,050 points when the 75% sale started - but that was from an online order, where the advantage card was ok as they didn't know it was damaged. ifswim

What does it say when you log into your account on .com? Are the points on there?
