I've never returned to Boots after ordering online is it easy to do?

Can't be bad, I bought 13 things, getting 17 free and paying £16 odd including postage

ive only done it once and returned it to the post office with the pre paid postage sticker attached:p

Yes milk, you just take your delivery note with you, that you get with your order and they just refund it onto your card (but, of course you've forgotten your AC in case you get a 'jobsworth' sa who wants to take your points back off;) )

It's a doddle milk, you can return instore too (for certain things) if that's easier.
