Just need your invoice, and if they query it (which they normally don't) just state you have never had an AC. Tons of people order online who dont own an AC, they just, well miss out. So who is the SA to know? as it states nowhere on the invoice about your AC number or accumalated points or anything...

I knew to split my shopping into 2 because the £5 vouchers only work one at a time.
I knew the vouchers definately were fine because i asked the lady in meadowhall which ones i could use together and she was very happy to save me my £5 off and give me a highlighter and free gift.
I met another lady at the till who had a highlights voucher and £5 voucher but when i told her about the trouble i was having she decided not to bother.
naughty sales assistants If theyre not going to take your vouchers, then fine, but why do they create a scene about it ??
I went to the crown point in leeds yesterday to get the p&p set as the wakefield store doesn't have them. I got the p&p set and the highlighter and the gwp and a couple of other bits, handed over my highlight voucher and she said you won't be able to use this as you have got the gwp, we had a lady in earlier trying to do this and it didn't work, she tried to put the voucher through and it beeped, sa asked me wether i wanted the gwp or highlighter, i said gwp. Then i handed over the 250 points and the till beebed, she said you can't use this, i told her i had spoken to cs about this, which i had as it happened to me the day before and they tried telling me that as i had the gwp that i couldn't use it, the cs said that i could use it even if i had the gwp. So she manually put them on, then i handed the five pound voucher over and she said you can't have the gwp now as you haven't spent twenty pounds, i said i have spent twenty pounds, sa said you can't have it, then she asked the sa next to her, and the sa next to her said you can use the voucher and get the gwp. So got the p&p and gwp in the end. Was going to get some n07 foundation with another voucher, but decided to do it in another store, didn't want to go through all that again.Married 09/09/090 -
