Speaking of .com orders earlier on I've had about 20 items cancelled so far

Anyway here's what I managed today.............

Visited 3 stores Bromborough, Ellesmere Port and Cheshire Oaks.

First off at Bromborough I sent DH in to get a refund on a HoMedics Massager from .com (I only ordered this to take my total over £40 to get free delivery but it did have 750 extra points on it), he went in and got in the queue. I'd told him to say he didn't have an advantage card but as it happens they didn't even ask! So they refunded it and I got to keep the points, also got one of those till spit survey things that enters you in a draw for £1000.

I went in after him (had the kids in the car asleep so went in one at a time) and found the P&P gift sets. Got one with the GWP and tried to use the PC £5 voucher but the till said NO so just used the pink £5 voucher instead. Tried to use a 200 extra points voucher but SA said only one voucher at a time.

Next up was Ellesmere Port and grabbed a few bargains here ;) . Got these:

8x Boots Baby Wipes (should be £15.92 for the 8) BOGOF so £7.96
    1x Nurofen for children £3.79
2x Boots Disposable Cameras (should be £17.98 for the 2) BOGOF so £8.99
2x No7 Awakening Eye Gel (should be £16 for the 2) half price so £8.00

    Used these vouchers:-
PC Free disposable camera (but on BOGOF so got 2),
    500 points on a £10 baby spend,
250 points on any No7 purchase
    £5 No7 pink voucher

Total to pay £14.75 (at full price would have cost £53.69) and 830 points!
Also got another pink £5 voucher.

Found a No7 Intelligent Balance Day Fluid in a small box of reduced bits near the till with no price on, asked them to check it and it was £4.63 (£9.25 on .com) so took that and used the pink £5 No7 voucher :T

Lastly we went to Cheshire Oaks and they too had the P&P sets in. Got another one with GWP and used the pink £5 voucher, they did try the 200 points voucher but till said NO. SA said it's 'cos it can't be used on gift lines (it does say this on the back). Got another pink £5 voucher.

Also got the PC free change bag when you buy Pampers and spent £10 in the baby department to use another PC 500 points on £10 spend. Found someone elses 100 points on a £10 total spend at the ACM so used that (how naughty, lol). So spent £19.01 and got 676 points on that with another pink £5 voucher.

I had some No7 stuff I wanted to exchange from xmas (DH had got me it but wasn't suitable for my skin type, he meant well  ). Spoke to a really nice No7 SA who was great. Exchanged the 3 things for some other 'essentials' and had £2.25 to pay but as the total would have been £24 she gave me another GWP, pink £5 voucher and let me use a 200 extra points voucher so got 268 points for that! The naughty thing about this is that when DH originally bought those things for me before xmas he got a GWP then too :shhh: , didn't have a receipt though , lol.

So not a bad Bootsing session at all

Fingers crossed this post doesn't disappear when I click 'submit'..........

Me too :T always a good read. :D

BTW, i still use the 'shopgiving' method for the free illum powder/voucher combo, whereby i sneak in a (previously purchased) No7 tan wipe into boots in my bag and pay just 50p a shot for illum powder, then repeat til hearts content. :rotfl:
