OMG I think I have become an official bootser lol
:D Really pleased for you lalamb :) :T

Just out of interest, and need someone who's more mathematically minded than me lol, if lalamb had put the Nivea through seperately, would the points have been more? It's just that sometimes I've noticed that when I've ever managed to get a high point purchase, like the Nivea, it seems to reduce the overall total. Not by many points, I should add ;)

I *think* that if you get bonus points, then you don't get normal points on the spend value - if that makes sense?

hmmm not sure if this will help but my receipt says

Points Received 20 - My total spend points? Which seems low?
Kiosk Offer Points 100 - that would be the points for Dream Lash Mas?
    *Offer Points* 500 - 400 points Nivea Q10 - 100 points 17 purchase?

Yes she should have got more points as she should have had 68 for the £17 spend, also she probably would have had a 75 pts for a £10 spend or 50 pts for £7.50 in ACM but I always forget these too

Sorry lalamb, chatting as if you are not here:o

I think you're on my wavelength KrispiiDuck ;) A 400 pointer always seems to reduce my total spend points, iyswim lol.

Seems to be. I bought a nivea Q10 eye cream for £1.70 and bought something else making it around £2 something and all I got was the 400 bonus points for buying the nivea.

Sorry lalamb, I'm confusing you a bit.

But sometimes, and I'm still learning too remember ;), that if you'd have bought the Nivea seperately, you might have gained a few more points. (Not meaning to rain on your parade btw, because you did really well :))

    Where's the mathemetician? lol

Thanks *Bright-Idea* and my apologies too lalamb :o It's just that you'll get more points if you do the transaction slightly differently :)

I will know for the next time, I think I am getting the hang of it now. I went into boots the other day and my mind was boggled! I really didn't know what I was doing lol
I did use the Illum voucher weeks ago but todays purchase was quite advanced for me lol

My poor OH took me for a meal afterwards and all I did was talk about Boots, he thinks I've gone mad. He isn't far wrong lol :rotfl: :rotfl:
