I also added to basket (prior to sale) JLo's new fragrance Deseo (for the 500 points AND FREE BAG) and spent over £50(with help of the £38 fragrance) for another 500 points, then i'm planning to just return the fragrance to store and 'forget' to take my ACHehe
I am so rubbish at this early morning thing it's untrue.Been up since 2am, got side-tracked on other threads on MSE, suddenly realised at 5.30am:eek: and busily filled my basket with the Elle and No7 boxes and that cute little totes thing and decided to take my total over £50, so then went looking for a code:rolleyes: , by the time I got back, the no7 had gone and then saw on home page that there's 500 points off a £50 spend from today anyway:mad: , quick look on here, saw this thread, which I thought was genius:T , put the JLo in and then Elle sets disappeared, realised all I was left with was something I would return aaarrgh - I'm just sticking to the shops in future.

My dd got it for xmas (think my sister in law paid full price)! I am gutted i missed the fur real parrot, Bratz puppy or Puppy that grows. I didn't want all 3 just 1 of them (they kept emptying out my basket). Thanks to Boots sale i have only got my mum, dad, dh and cousin left to buy for xmas and bdays for this year! Dh has come around to my way of thinking. Last time he was home (he works away) he said you have spent a lot in Boots BUT you have saved in the long run and everyone gets a better present because the RRP is often more than we would originally spend
My little girl loves the fur real parrot, her cousins have it. I'd love to get it for her, But once i see the prices from the 75% off sale on here, i just cant bring myself to pay the prices elsewhere! :eek:Gotta love a bargain :j0 -
Mumzy: My DH is the same except he's on nights this week so he gets in at 7am and asks the exact same question.
Scorpiokitten: I'll remember the golden rules, lol. Might just send DH in to get the refund then, he won't look so guilty because he's got no idea
Ineichen1: I usually really struggle to go back to bed but I've had to this week because I've been so exhausted. The thing is once I go back to bed I struggle to get up again 'cos my body wants more sleep. DD bouncing on the bed and all over me does the trick after a while though.:smileyhea Proud Mummy of 2 :smileyheaTotally addicted to Boots glitches & the Next sales!0 -

I am wide awake now but Tuesday and Yesterday i had a sleep about 3pm. I was at my mums and just fell asleep when i woke up my mum was asleep in her chair (she has had an operation and not sleeping very well) and dd was sat watching tv.0 -

Make sure any codes are in the code box already (before the update).
I put an order through (2 things I really wanted came to £14.99) so paid postage then went back in and decided I wanted some other stuff as well and went over the £40 mark so got free delivery. If I'd have done them all together I'd have got free delivery and 500 points but possibly could have missed out on the 2 things I was really after.
Plus I didn't notice the 500 points offer until it was too late :smileyhea Proud Mummy of 2 :smileyheaTotally addicted to Boots glitches & the Next sales!0 -
Oh gawd.. just realised i was too busy trying to get my order in that i forgot to wish OH a happy valentines day as he left for work!! whoops! lol.. But then again.. he must have forgotten too! Boots on the brain i reckon!!
Will make it up to him laterGotta love a bargain :j0
