Tried getting £20 PP set + GWP - £5 voucher but the SA at the till would not let me, since "I was not spending£5". Asked her to check we saw the "receipt" on the screen and it said GWP , but she still would not let me have it. Cancelled and went to the other Boots. This was at the Oracle Reading.

Broad Street Boots Reading: decided to ask the N7 SA. Really nice lady, said she would try and see. She had tried the day before but it did not go through because she had staff discount. Till did not beep (obviously) and got £20 PP set + GWP - £5 voucher. (paid £15, earned another N7 voucher, earned 60 points + 100 ACM WYS £15). Great.

Note: lots of P+P gift sets in both stores. Some sanctuary GWP in both.

Another good shop at London Colney with even more nice SAs.

    Today I did this transaction twice;

    No7 Shine free cream £9.75
    Illuminating powder £10.25
    Free GWP

Used No7 £5 off voucher and free illuminating powder.

    Total to pay: £4.75 :j

I also on another transaction got the expert scar serum for £3.99 and used the 100 points voucher (trying to get rid of my stretch marks after having my baby girl a year ago). Also used the 17 voucher for 2 solo eye shadows for £5 and used the 100 points from Boots mag and got free lip palette.

The SAs were lovely. I needed to go upstairs to get my daughters baby stuff and they offered to keep my bags behind the till so that I didn't have to keep going in and out of the store to put them in my car. :A

I cannot go on enough about how wonderful the customer service is in this store. I even had the store manager out today because he thought my baby girl was really cute (which she obviously is) and he wanted to see for himself who was making the really loud gibbering noise! She does like to 'talk' really loudly when we are out. The little monkey then asked him for a hug!!! :rotfl:

No p&p sets left now even though there were loads last week. The no7 SA said they sold out in 2 days! I'm not bothered as I can't use any of the stuff in it but thought I could save someone a trip.

Currently on 3 for 2, but got my PC Vouchers through.

Says free conditioner with shampoo so how many would I pick up?

    Sorry for all the questions

    x

Hi pick up 3, they go through as 3 for 2, so you only pay for 1 if you use the pc voucher too, I got 3 today for £4.49

I'm really glad that some of you are able to get the P+P + GWP + use your £5 voucher, even better if you can get the illum in the deal too.
I think it's important that we praise the SA who have been esp helpful. The poster above who was declined the P+P + GWP - £5 deal despite the visual till allowing the sale was not treated fairly at all.

    To any Boots SA
If you don't let it go through on your till we'll try another that will thus your till looses the sale at the end of the day. It really isn't rocket science.
No one is stealing as everything is scanned so it's not money from your pocket.

This is to read it a lighthearted manner, no offence intended just some people forget who owns the store they work in!
