Oversea's Credit Card Balance Transfers

I have been living in the UK now for just over a year, My wife and i have 2 credit cards that we hold in Australia. It can be quite expensive to manage this with transfer costs etc.

I was wondering (hoping) if there was a balance transfer card that accepted transfers from oversea's cards.

There are no cards that will do that.
