Ooh, hope sophiesmum is alright, not like her not to have posted yet.

Well, not many things from me today, think i'm going to have a relaxing evening and leave most of my dfw things till tomorrow.

    However i hope to do:-
    -Some surveys
-Place one or two matched bets
-Got my credit cards sorted out
    -Maybe do some daily clicks
    -Work through my emails
    -Spend time on this site
    -Work out finances

Have a good evening everyone, i've already started on the wine!

    hi Guys:D
Sorry for not posting today, have literally just walked through the door from 5am this morning. Had an emergency with one of oldies in the early hours and have spent 15 and a half hours in casualty/triage. It has not been a dfw day for me at all, spent £5.10 on car parking:mad: £3 on drinks from machine and 50p on a mars.I'm tired and hungry and just checking up whats happening here whilst my lovely OH :kisses3: goes for chinese:D :D . i am so not cooking today:rolleyes:

Thanks Laura for starting the thread, well done everyone else for what you have achieved.

Hi, I'm just starting out with this, (Have just had a final splurge on the Clinique counter before getting started  ) so got more plans for next week like taking sandwiches in to work and reading a book in my lunch hour instead of buying a paper etc but today I have:

Not gone shopping!! I normally go on a friday night, but I am going to get inventive and apart from stuff like bread and milk i am going to see how long i can last on stuff i already have in the cupboard. I've loads of tins, and rice, pasta etc etc and it'll be healthier than ready meals too so might even lose a few pounds into the bargain :rotfl: :rotfl:

I love this website, it's so inspirational and I've a feeling this penny pinching could get quite addictive!!

Feeling quite low today, as hubby had to fork out £450 on the car he is selling(service, MOT, brakes, tyres etc). Plus my cat is poorly, and I had to pay £70 to the vets. I was feeling really good about my totals, but today has really messed everything up  .

Still trying to money save though:

    Clicks
    Comp's
Cashed chq from ebay sale (£3 - every little helps)
Talked my friend into coming round tomorrow night, rather than going out and spending way too much (still have lots of wine from Calais from family trip last summer) :D

Hi BACW, That's bad luck with the car and the cat but try not to let it get you down too much, these unexpected things can't be helped - it's not like you've just gone out and blown the £500 on something stupid, they were necessary.
Hope the puss is ok ;)

Thanks Pauli and Cassey1. My hubby says that's the first time he's seen me smile all day :D
Waiting for the blood test results for my kitty, but the vet thinks it will be something I can get under control. He's 12, so always a bit of a worry when he needs to go to the vets. My other cat (12) is quite happy at the moment (touch wood), so that's good. My poorly cat wants lots of cuddles, so I'm taking advantage of that.
Just hoping someone buys the car soon, as that will pay a big bill off (including what he's spent on it today:rolleyes: ).
I think there's going to be more than a few glasses  lol

Here's hoping tomorrow is a better day x
